Remove shortcut virus Easily Working 100%

Shortcut virus is very much found in Windows XP versions
Because XP is very easily effected by virus and hence it is spread through Pen-drives and memory card etc

TO remove shortcut virus we can use to effective methods given below

Method 1
Use any Linux OS and insert the pendrive after switching on the system


Step 1 
Open file manager(My computer) and open your pendirve
So now you can see all the files including shortcuts and the original files

Step 2
And now yo need to delete all shortcut files, "autorun.inf" file and extra ".exe" files from all folders and sub-folders
Now the virus has been removed

If you don't have Linux OS available with \you you can to with Method 2

Method 2

Step 1
Insert your pen-drive in any windows OS

Step 2
open command prompt (Windows button + R) and insert the following text in your  command window


attrib -h -r -s /s /d E:*.* 

* replace "E" with the letter of your pendrive

So now you can see all the files including shortcuts and the original files

Step 3
And now yo need to delete all shortcut files, "autorun.inf" file and extra ".exe" files from all folders and sub-folders
Now the virus has been removed
